What is Mentoring (Facilitated Thinking) Technology?

Facilitated Thinking Technology improves knowledge-worker thinking productivity in much the same ways the assembly line improved manual-worker labor productivity. Just as manual-worker productivity depends on using the right labor tools, knowledge-worker productivity depends on using the right cognitive tools, called thinklets.

What are Thinklets?

Thinklets are cognition tools that help the thinker alter scripted thinking patterns. Thinklets can be as simple as one power question, a small template with embedded facilitator questions, or thinking techniques. Thinklets are “thought switches” that activate not commonly used thinking patterns leading the mind to find new associations, relationships and ultimately new ways of thinking.

What is MindSights?

Is the first of its kind “Facilitated Thinking” product suite. Using a thinklets strategy, MindSights products are designed to emulate how humans provide intellectual guidance. MindSights purpose is to greatly enhance, amplify and accelerate individual and team thinking effectiveness. 

What are Smartbooks?

MindSights uses a smartbook architecture that runs in an MS Word document format but provides the functionality of traditional software.  This hypertext approach allows for easy change and customization. MindSights will grow with you as you use it, shape it, command it … making it a living document truly under your own cause and control.
